History / Background

PCB Connect was started in 2004 by Jonas Pettersson and Lars Nilsson.
 
PCB Connect has since the beginning in 2004 shown a stable growth and development. On a very short time PCB Connect has taken a central role in the market for Printed circuit board supply.
 
The strong development and growth of course includes many different and important improvements but below we show some critical happenings for our development. Our success is a result of close collaboration between customers, suppliers and employees.

 
2004
  • PCB Connect head office was founded in Stockholm, Sweden
    Located in Spånga, Stockholm
    We handle processes like; Management, Purchase, Finance, Technical, Environment, Sales, Quality and Logistics.
  • PCB Vision Ltd was founded in Hong Kong
    We handle functions within; Sales, Finance, Logistics, Purchase, Quality and Technical
2005 
  • PCB Connect administration office was founded in Shenzhen, China.
    We handle functions within; Logistics, Purchase, Quality, Technical, Order administration, Production and sourcing
2007 
  • PCB Connect OY was founded in Tampere, Finland
    We handle functions within; Sales, Finance, Logistics, Purchase, Quality and Technical
2008 
  • PCB Connect invest in system for automation of processes
    to improve our control and ability to achieve improved process results, we invested in a new system where we enabled the possibility to build and run our processes specifically designed according to our own preferences
  • Certification for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
    We started the development of our management system in 2007 and was as planned certified according to ISO 9001 and 14001 in 2008. 
  • PCB Connect AS was founded in Hönefoss, Norway
    We handle functions within; Sales, Finance, Logistics, Purchase, Quality and Technical
  • PCB Connect starts new evaluation process of their suppliers.
    New improved process for evaluation, follow up and improved relations with our suppliers was implemented. For this purpose we also employed more personnel especially dedicated for this work.
  • PCB Connect AB open local office in Denmark

2009
  • PCB Connect invest in new Business system
    2009 we started our work to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX as our business system.
2010 
  • PCB Connect Holding AB is founded
    the holding company is incorporate for future strategies and to keep high business flexibility
  • PCB Connect releases new Logotype!
    One more step in our development
  • PCB Connect releases new website
    we have been aware of needed improvements for our website, and during this year we dedicated resources for it.
